SUSTAINABILITY
As part of the sustainability initiatives of the company Tresavotel, S.L., we have carried out a solar self-consumption project in our facility, which provides us with a significant amount of the electricity we consume in our activity. With the objective of reducing energy expenditure and limiting our carbon footprint, this new project we will allow us to reduce our emissions by tons of CO2 every year.
This photovoltaic energy project has been implemented by the company Norsol Eléctrica, S.L. and has obtained financing from the European Union’s Next Generation Funds via the programme of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
Likewise, a facade rehabilitation project and improvement of the thermal envelope of the building has been carried out, with the financial support of the European Next Generation-EU funds, within the framework of component 14, investment 4, submeasure 2 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, approved by order CYT/1864/2022 of December 19, 2022. The total investment amounted to €272,675, with the total amount of aid being €136,337.50.
Tresavotel SL has applied for the subsidy programme for Energy Efficiency and Circular Economy projects for tourism companies (2024) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, whose objective is to promote, in tourism companies, the reduction of final energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, the improvement of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies.
This project is subsidised in accordance with ORDER CYT/460/2024, of 16 May, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for energy efficiency and circular economy projects in tourism companies, financed by the European Next Generation-EU funds, within the framework of component 14, investment 4, sub-measure 2 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
